NEW HOME SHOPPING SERVICE

After four years of safely shipping food products from England for our shop, no known fatalities as yet, we have decided from mid September to offer a new service to our customers.  We will be running a regular chill van to and from England. To help those who live on a fixed income from the UK we will be accepting payment in both Euros and Sterling.  This will enable us to:

 A)  Collect your chilled and ambient supermarket ordered goods and deliver them to the Vienne and Haute Vienne area.

 B)  Allow our clients to buy direct from a cash and carry wholesale warehouse, at wholesale prices for delivery to the Vienne and Haute Vienne area.

To start we will have one pick centre at our shop in Montmorillon.   We will hopefully be expanding to other centres throughout the region depending on demand.   Initially we will be making our collection on a monthly basis, but again this will increase with demand.

This way you can order your favourite meats, pies and sausages together with cheese and have them delivered in a fresh condition.

You can make incredible savings by buying in bulk.   Join up with some friends or neighbours and have your cupboard stocked at sub-supermarket prices.  e.g. catering packs of bacon, sausages, teas, etc; for a fraction of shop prices.

How to order

Contact us by either phone or email and we will forward you a registration form by email.   Then you will be allocated your own account number, please use this on all your communications.

Ordering from Cash & Carry warehouse

It could not be easier. There is no need for you to set up your own account, use ours when you want a bulk wholesale order:

• Just contact us and we will forward to you our latest wholesale price list from which you can order, along with the next delivery date and times.

• If what you want is not on the list, do not despair but let us know and we will try to find it for you.  
• That way the range of available goods will expand. 
• Send us your order, we will check availability and issue a pro-forma invoice to you. 
• Upon settlement we will order your goods, collect and deliver to our shop for pick-up.

 Ordering from supermarkets

Before you order on-line you will have to set up an account at a supermarket local to our depot 

• Contact us for a list of these and an order number.
• We will provide you with a delivery address in England and a time and date for the delivery.
• We will also give you a date and time for the pick-up, (subject to any unavoidable circumstances).
• While we will do everything in our power to deliver your order, there maybe some circumstances beyond our control.

 How to pay

To facilitate payment and keep costs down 

• You should pay all supermarkets in England direct.
• For your wholesale supplies you will be given an order number and English bank account number for payment direct
• All wholesale orders are strictly payment on pro-forma invoice

Costs 

Payment for delivery is at time of collection, you can pay either by euro cash or cheque:

 Carriage charges are 15% on the gross cost of the order:

• A minimum carriage charge of 20.00€ applies to all orders
• We do not accept card payments at the moment
• All delivery costs are quoted before TVA
• Euro/sterling exchange rate based on the UK bank rate

Regretfully we will only guarantee that uncollected chilled goods will remain stored chilled at pick up point for 24 hours, after collection time.

Also, although we are looking at frozen goods, at this stage we can not mix frozen with chilled and ambient products.

We accept no responsibility for the standard or dates of any goods supplied by a third party, nor for any mistakes or items missing on their behalf.
